Role Overview

This opening is for a part-time project management professional supporting client work for Hire Feed’s client. The position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere. You will help keep client projects on track, coordinate with different teams, and make sure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will guide projects from the beginning through completion while balancing scope, budget, and deadlines. You will work closely with internal teams and outside stakeholders to clarify requirements and keep everyone aligned on objectives. You will also track progress, identify possible risks, suggest mitigation steps, and share detailed status reports with both clients and senior leadership. Throughout each project, you will be expected to follow company procedures and relevant industry practices.

Required Background

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field. Candidates should have at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in technology or consulting. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is important, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Experience collaborating with remote teams and working across multiple time zones is also needed.
