Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete execution lifecycle of civil and interior fit-out projects, from initiating site mobilization through to final project handover.
- Track and ensure the project progresses on schedule, completing within allocated budgets while meeting quality standards.
- Manage costs, material usage, and site resource allocation to achieve economical project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, various vendors, contractors, landlords, and mall authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Supervise site operations to confirm compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues to prevent potential delays in project delivery timelines.
- Maintain project timelines by preparing progress reports and monitoring milestone achievements.
- Perform quality inspections and oversee the prompt resolution of any defects or snags before handing over the project.
- Verify contractor billing, review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensure all project documentation meets compliance standards.
- Effectively handle concurrent projects across multiple sites, upholding standards for quality, deadlines, and operational effectiveness.
