Role Responsibilities

  • Manage professional relations with owners, partners, consultants, subcontractors, and public entities
  • Interpret project contracts accurately
  • Monitor and forecast changes in orders and scope
  • Represent PTAG positively within and outside the company
  • Use project management systems for administrative tasks
  • Update schedules per project manager and superintendent guidance
  • Issue contracts and purchase orders as directed

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably within project engineering or heavy construction (co-op experience considered)
  • Proficiency in construction-related software such as Primavera scheduling tools, AutoCAD, SAP, etc.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed and accommodate a flexible working schedule
