About the Role

You'll work alongside seasoned project professionals coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and helping ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project coordination tasks including organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, reporting, updating risk registers, schedules, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring accurate maintenance of all project and governance records.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate successful completion of hospital infrastructure and service projects.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules to ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in project coordination or administration with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to produce professional documents and engage diverse stakeholders confidently.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities, approaching problems proactively, and maintaining meticulous attention to deadlines and details.
