Program Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to lead our Workplace Mentoring Program, focused on supporting Aboriginal young people across the Central Coast in their pursuit of education, training, and employment opportunities. This role involves collaborating with mentors, employers, schools, and training providers to build pathways that empower participants and yield impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the mentoring program, coordinating a team, fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders, and inspiring participants and partners to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship builder with a background in community, mentoring, or case management program coordination. Confidence in leading a small team and developing robust partnerships is essential.

Position Details

This full-time position is located at the Gosford office, working Monday through Friday. The role offers a supportive team environment, competitive salary, and access to a pool vehicle for work-related travel.
