About the Position
Randstad India Private Limited invites applications for the role of Production Trainee based in Gummidipoondi, Chennai. The job involves working in rotational shifts (A, B, and C).
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble production components efficiently as a Production Assembly Operator.
- Procure and validate tools and fixtures essential for production.
- Conduct line balancing and study cycle times to optimize workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Develop assembly lines to meet operational standards.
- Analyze data and solve operational issues effectively.
Additional Information
Transportation and meals are provided free of charge for employees residing within a 10 to 15 km radius. The position operates on a rotational shift system covering three shifts.
