About the Company
Bhalla Chemical Works is an established chemicals manufacturer operating since 1977. The business produces inorganic specialty chemicals for a range of applications and runs a large production facility in Rajasthan with its own testing laboratories. It is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and recognized by the Government of India as an export house.
Role Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily reactor-based production work, maintain output quality, and keep the assigned section running efficiently. The role calls for hands-on experience in chemical plant operations, strong shop-floor coordination, and the ability to manage workers and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reaction processes on reactors as part of the daily production schedule.
- Check and verify the quality of finished products.
- Handle acids and other chemicals safely during operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of shop-floor staff and workmen.
- Work in coordination with other process supervisors across different sections.
- Ensure the section produces consistent-quality material every day.
- Keep the production section operating smoothly and efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate is around 35 years old, married, and has at least 5 to 7 years of shop-floor experience in a well-established chemical manufacturing environment. The person should understand chemistry well and be comfortable working with reactors, pumps, gearboxes, centrifuges, electrical fixtures and fittings, and basic laboratory testing instruments. Strong work ethic, honesty, and people-management ability are important. Candidates who already live in Bhiwadi, or are willing to relocate there, will be preferred.
