Production Packers

Job Responsibilities

• Execute both primary and secondary packing of items within a cleanroom setting.
• Set up and adjust production machinery, making minor calibrations as necessary to meet operating guidelines.
• Accurately and efficiently pack finished products following production standards.
• Perform visual checks to ensure product quality compliance.
• Label, seal, and prepare products properly for storage or dispatch.
• Assist in production tasks including sorting, counting, and packing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of packing and production areas adhering to company protocols.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Promptly report any product defects, equipment malfunctions, or irregularities to supervisors.
• Carry out additional production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess at least Primary or Secondary school education or an equivalent credential.
• Capable of understanding, reading, and writing basic English.
• Experience in cleanroom environments, manufacturing, or warehouse packing is beneficial.
• Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.
• Exhibit responsibility, diligence, proactivity, and teamwork ability.
• Available to work Saturdays and overtime when necessary.
