Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to develop and improve production efficiency and business growth.
• Monitor and control production costing to optimize operational expenditure.
• Implement and sustain ISO standards to ensure quality compliance.
• Lead and manage supervisors, strengthening team skill levels and productivity.
• Support business development activities to align production capabilities with market needs.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with vendors for seamless supply chain and procurement processes.
• Plan production schedules effectively to guarantee timely delivery of products.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration range between INR 40,000 and INR 50,000.
