Role Overview

We seek a Production Chemist to become a vital part of our formulation manufacturing team. Candidates with no experience up to five years are welcome to apply.

Key Duties

  • Conduct production operations adhering strictly to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment used for granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and corporate quality guidelines.
  • Accurately maintain and update all production documentation and records.
  • Execute line clearance protocols prior to initiating manufacturing and packing activities.
  • Liaise effectively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Engineering departments to facilitate smooth production flow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the production surroundings.
  • Promptly report any deviations, equipment failures, or production concerns to supervisory personnel.
  • Meet daily production objectives while upholding the highest product quality standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates up to candidates with five years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing, GMP compliance, and documentation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities and aptitude for teamwork.
  • Preparedness to work in shifts if necessary.
