Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable full-time Production Associate to join our Burlington air filter manufacturing plant. This long-term role involves various hands-on tasks related to producing air filters, with training provided for the right candidate eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spot welding tasks essential to filter assembly.
- Cut metal components manually using a shear.
- Apply adhesives using a glue gun during manufacturing.
- Box and package completed filters carefully for shipment.

Physical and Work Conditions
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Regular daytime schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM totaling 40 hours weekly.
