Program Overview
Join Avarda UK's Product Trainee Program in Berlin, an intensive 18-month hands-on learning experience designed to develop early-career professionals aiming for a career in product management. Right from the start, you'll engage with a real product team, contribute to meaningful work, and be assigned a personal mentor. The program offers structured exposure to various aspects of our platform with the prospect of progressing to a Junior Product Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Join the App product team and collaborate closely with the App Product Manager through the entire product lifecycle including user research, discovery, delivery, iteration, and performance measurement.
- Manage mobile product features with a focus on user behavior analysis and feature prioritization.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to drive product development.
- Develop toward complete ownership of a feature area over the course of the program.
