About The Role

The Operations team at Revolut focuses on scalable problem-solving and designs systems that enhance efficiency and support global expansion. As a Product Strategy Manager within the CEO Office, you will help identify market gaps and product opportunities that promote widespread adoption in core and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership and the CEO by forming informed perspectives on various fintech segments and helping to establish a unified long-term company and product roadmap.
• Monitor and gather market insights to inform company strategy and product department plans.
• Evaluate competitive positioning and track product performance on a global scale.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new business verticals for Revolut.
• Design foundational product propositions and go-to-market approaches for new geographic markets.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM or a quantitatively focused discipline from a leading university.
• Demonstrable excellent achievements across various domains.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-caliber strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a rapidly growing tech company in roles related to business, product, or strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with empathy to guide product design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating successful products or features by leveraging data analysis, user feedback, intuition, or machine learning techniques.

Compensation Details

• In Poland: gross monthly salary between PLN 16,100 and PLN 25,600.
• Compensation for other regions will be discussed during the interview process and will depend on skills, qualifications, and prior experience.
