About the Role
The Product Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the development of products that effectively drive global business growth. This involves crafting the right market strategies and aligning business and product teams through well-defined shared objectives. Collaborating with diverse departments like technology and operations, Product Operations surfaces needs, prioritizes opportunities, and oversees the launch and iteration of new products.
In this position, you will work alongside leaders from Product, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and other areas to synchronize strategies, implement projects, and measure success as we expand the Offers platform. This critical role influences how offers are created, managed, and redeemed by restaurants and users worldwide. Embedded within the Offers Marketing Optimization team, you will help deploy and grow innovative offers products in a dynamic, swiftly evolving business segment at Uber.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, and Design to launch and scale the Offers platform and related tools.
- Define go-to-market strategies and develop operational processes supporting the roadmap for Offers products.
- Manage end-to-end rollout plans and coordinate implementations across multiple teams and geographic markets.
- Align key stakeholders on objectives, launch timelines, risks, and success criteria.
- Guide product teams on the feasibility and operational preparedness of offers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with Legal, Tax, Policy, Support, and regional units to ready Offers products for launch.
- Monitor key business and product metrics regarding performance, adoption, and operational efficiency of Offers.
- Identify post-launch challenges including user pain points and affected regions to guide product enhancements.
- Advocate insights from business units, users, and regional markets to inform product improvements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with critical team members across the organization.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to produce significant business results.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, program management, product operations, or comparable analytical roles.

- Strong communication skills to engage both internal stakeholders and external clients effectively.
- In-depth understanding of user experience, translating operational, business, and user needs into actionable product insights.
- Ability to use data effectively to support key business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to unify cross-functional groups around common goals.
- Proactive, highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and solving complex problems.
- Exceptional ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks and balancing competing demands.
- Basic proficiency with SQL for writing and interpreting queries.
- Comfortable working in technical environments with engineers and familiar with systems including algorithms.
- Experience managing international or global projects.
- Background with marketing technology platforms, digital marketing, promotions, or marketplace products.
- Experience conducting user or market research.
- Quantitative skills in fields such as economics, finance, or data analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects.
Compensation and Benefits
For positions based in New York City or San Francisco, the annual base salary ranges from $142,000 to $158,000. Employees in all US locations qualify for Uber's bonus program, potential equity awards, and other compensation types. Benefits include participation in a 401(k) plan and various additional employee offerings.
