Role Overview

At Biorce, we're shaping the future of clinical trials by deeply understanding the people behind the data. This Product Manager role focuses on designing AI-driven features to improve clinical trial operations, driving the product's strategic vision while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining and maintaining the product roadmap for AI-enabled clinical trial features, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Coordinate effectively among Engineering, Design, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver timely feature releases.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to synchronize promotional content with product updates.
• Collect and manage customer feedback, identifying and flagging usability concerns for resolution.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging customer insights to guide product iterations.
• Conduct market and competitive research, transforming customer interviews and surveys into actionable strategies.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment by proactively addressing challenges and driving tasks to completion despite uncertain conditions.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, technical roles, business analysis, or strategic functions.
• Strong analytical skills with a history of making decisions grounded in data.
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking strength, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Experience within clinical research preferred.
• A curious, adaptable, and self-driven individual eager to learn how to develop and grow successful products.
