Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies in close collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product roadmap jointly with stakeholders and development teams
• Collect and prioritize customer needs to align with business goals
• Manage the full span of product features from ideation to deployment and iteration
• Oversee agile product development utilizing tools like Jira and Linear
• Organize cross-functional meetings and clearly communicate the product vision, progress, and priorities
• Execute market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy and ensure differentiation
• Analyze product performance indicators to foster ongoing improvement and enhance user experience

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Skilled in using product management platforms, with particular expertise in Jira and Linear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• History of successfully launching and managing products from early stages to rollout
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, technology sectors, or startup environments
• Experience scaling products for international teams and markets
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies are advantageous

Additional Information

The position is offered on a contract basis with remote working flexibility. The pay rate ranges from $40 to $80 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.
