Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will steer the strategy and execution of key components of our platform including procedure execution, manufacturing, telemetry, analytics, and AI-powered workflows. You will collaborate deeply with users and internal teams to design reliable, intuitive software solutions for mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap creation, delivery, and iterative improvement for designated platform areas.
• Engage closely with customers through interviews and on-site visits to pinpoint impactful challenges.
• Develop precise requirements, define success criteria, and prioritize backlog balancing user needs, business targets, and technical constraints.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design teams in agile settings to rapidly deliver high-quality software.
• Simplify complex workflows such as real-time telemetry and AI decision assistance into dependable user experiences.
• Use data-driven insights to guide product choices and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to promote adoption and represent products in technical demonstrations.
• Contribute to shaping company culture, workflows, and tooling.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years experience managing technical B2B SaaS or industrial software products from conception through launch and iteration.
• Proven end-to-end product leadership including discovery, requirements setting, launch, and measurable outcome delivery.
• Strong skills in product judgment, prioritization, and clear communication, capable of resolving ambiguity.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, and high-security cloud/on-prem environments.
• Self-motivated and adept at navigating evolving priorities; a cooperative team player.
• Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related discipline.
• Experience with data analysis, backlog management tools, document preparation, presentations, and AI technologies.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at El Segundo, CA headquarters.
• US citizenship mandatory due to potential future security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant domain knowledge in aerospace, space, defense, manufacturing, energy, robotics, aviation, or other mission-critical sectors.
• Experience developing AI/ML-based product features to enhance efficiency and decision speed.
• Background with hardware operations, mission-critical software, or regulated/high-reliability settings.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working at rapidly scaling technology startups.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary range from $120,000 to $200,000 annually, stock options, ample paid time off, health insurance, and a 4% 401(k) matching contribution.
