You will drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and support operational efficiency across the product life cycle—from initial concept to production launch.
Key Responsibilities

- Convert product requirements into practical, manufacturable engineering solutions.
- Oversee the complete product development process, covering concept, prototyping, validation, industrialization, and production deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Testing to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Establish product performance benchmarks and promote ongoing product improvements.
- Lead the development of prototypes, coordinate product validation, and conduct benchmarking studies and technical assessments.
- Ensure seamless transition from development to industrialization, meeting established quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, resolve engineering issues, and perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support cost-reduction and manufacturability initiatives by advancing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-to-Cost (DTC) strategies.
- Contribute to setting and maintaining best practices for engineering standards and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
- Demonstrated experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, product industrialization, new product introduction (NPI), or R&D.
- History of leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects within manufacturing settings.
- Deep knowledge in areas such as product validation, prototyping, manufacturing processes, and preparing products for production.
- Practical experience with FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and various quality engineering methodologies.
