Product Analyst - Consulting Level

Position Overview

This role involves serving as a key liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and IT support to facilitate effective management and enhancement of Support Services Applications. The Product Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and driving product improvements for both existing and upcoming products. A valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational challenges.
• Formulate detailed product requirements.
• Create and oversee SLAs, ISAM, data extraction processes, and other support mechanisms.
• Analyze product-related data to discern trends and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suggest effective solutions.
• Engage in complex projects of technology initiatives including design, development, implementation, and training.
• Ensure execution of projects aligns with high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Between 5 to 10 or more years of pertinent professional experience.
• Active and valid Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel periodically, notably during product go-live events requiring onsite presence for approximately one workweek. Travel locations may include Utah, Idaho, Florida, Texas, and North Carolina.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies like SCRUM and Agile.
• Experience working with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suited for diverse audiences and presentations.
• High degree of accountability, self-motivation, and collaborative aptitude in team environments with openness to both providing and receiving guidance.
• Strategic thinking capability, keeping current with technology trends, and dedication to continuous product and process enhancements.

Additional Information

This is a contract role with a duration between 12 to 24 months. Travel requirements include occasional trips to hospitals for product rollouts, typically involving five consecutive workdays. Extended periods with no travel alternate with travel-intensive months where one week per month may require onsite presence.
