Position Overview

This role involves serving as a key liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and IT support to facilitate effective management and enhancement of Support Services Applications. The Product Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and driving product improvements for both existing and upcoming products. A valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is mandatory for this position.
