Role Overview
GND Solutions India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Procurement Specialist in Bengaluru to oversee end-to-end purchasing activities and help strengthen supplier and logistics performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, from sourcing through payment, while staying aligned with internal policies and process requirements.
- Build and maintain productive vendor partnerships, handle contract negotiations, and track supplier performance to support reliable delivery of goods and services.
- Study market movements, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and put strategic sourcing plans into action to improve logistics efficiency.
- Work closely with teams across functions to address procurement challenges, inventory concerns, and disruptions in the supply chain.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 5 to 15 years of experience in a Procurement Specialist or comparable role within the FMCG sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of EMS (Enterprise Management System) software used in procurement workflows is required.
- Strong vendor development capability and the ability to create and sustain effective supplier relationships are important.
