Process Delivery Specialist - Procure to Pay

Role Overview

As a Procure to Pay Process Associate within IBM, you will manage transaction processing for Accounts Payable and oversee vendor accounts. Flexibility to work in shifts is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all accounting operations related to the Procure to Pay cycle.
• Identify potential risks and propose appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in commerce with a specialization in Accounts Payable.
• Capable of matching invoices, detecting errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing payments, and minimizing outstanding invoice aging.
• Basic accounting principles and practices knowledge.
• Adept at responding to queries and following up to resolution.

Additional Information

Experience range: 0-1 years. Location: Mumbai, India. Educational eligibility includes any graduate degree, with preference for commerce background. This is an onsite position requiring shift work availability.
