The Process Assistant supports an Area Manager and focuses on duties related to their designated process path.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and engage actively within the department as needed.
• Support daily departmental management tasks including labor allocation, conducting meetings, and assigning tasks.
• Provide coverage for Area Managers during their absence.
• Manage policy enforcement and attendance monitoring without disciplinary authority.
• Track and report labor hours and ATS metrics.
• Serve as a resource on the floor by training associates and ensuring SOP adherence.
• Monitor and enhance area performance through data tracking and employee feedback.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Perform production duties when necessary.
• Understand workflow and daily production objectives thoroughly.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Identify and address workplace safety hazards and promote safe work practices.
• Coach associates on safe working habits consistently.
• Participate actively in safety programs and initiatives.
• Immediately report any job-related injuries to the Area Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently perform activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Preferred Qualification

• Applicants should be 18 years or older.
