About the Opportunity
We are collaborating with one of the fastest expanding and most influential alternative investment firms worldwide to recruit a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi. This partner-led, independent global investment firm headquartered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) manages assets exceeding USD 100 billion. Established recently, it has quickly become one of the largest alternative managers in the MENA region, with its private equity division central to an aggressive plan to more than double assets under management within five years.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end deal process including buyouts, growth equity, direct investments, and co-investments.
- Create and maintain detailed Leveraged Buyout (LBO), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and returns models, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda, deal materials, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals on active private equity transactions across multiple sectors and global regions.
- Oversee portfolio company performance and contribute to value enhancement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience at a leading investment bank in Mergers & Acquisitions or a top-tier private equity firm.
- Outstanding expertise in LBO modelling and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials from a prestigious university.
- Keen commercial acumen, strong deal instincts, and authentic enthusiasm for the private equity sector.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi; relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates.
