As a Pressman at Millennium Hotel Doha, you will operate laundry and pressing machinery to ensure linens, uniforms, and garments are impeccably finished. Your attention to quality and efficiency will support a high standard of presentation for all pressed items.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laundry and pressing machines including ironers, steamers, and presses to deliver quality finish.
• Inspect all linens, uniforms, and garments for cleanliness and proper quality standards.
• Apply pressing techniques to remove wrinkles, creases, and fabric imperfections to meet standards.
• Handle and store pressed items correctly to maintain their condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed items to ensure efficiency and traceability.
• Manage inventory for pressing materials such as pressing cloths and steam supply.
• Work jointly with laundry and housekeeping teams to fulfill guest requirements.
• Respond to guest concerns and inquiries related to pressing and laundry services professionally.
• Keep the pressing area neat and orderly; perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies to protect guests, staff, and the environment.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve pressing skills and knowledge.
