Overview

Infosys is hiring for a PowerBI/Power Platform role based in Hyderabad. The position is part of the consulting function and involves contributing to solution discovery, design, deployment, and client-facing problem solving.

Role overview

In this role, you will support consulting engagements across multiple project stages. Your work will include shaping problem statements, estimating effort, analyzing issues, and helping design and implement workable solutions. You will also evaluate possible solution approaches through research, proof-of-concepts, and vendor or market review.

What you will do

• Assist the consulting team through project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
• Research and compare possible solution options using public sources, literature, and vendor-related information, then develop proof-of-concepts where needed.
• Translate business requirements into requirement specifications, process definitions, and detailed functional design documents.
• Help configure solution requirements on the relevant products and support issue analysis by identifying root causes and narrowing down solution choices.
• Contribute to team-level and organization-wide initiatives aimed at delivering strong, value-focused outcomes for customers.
• Work with clients to understand business challenges and support deliverables by refining, analyzing, and organizing relevant data.
• Stay aware of current technology trends and developments.
• Use logical reasoning and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with others.
• Review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Bring knowledge of one or two industry domains into the engagement.
