About the Role

The Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is inviting applications for a Postgraduate Coordinator position. This is an 18-month fixed-term, full-time role based at AUT's City Campus. The successful candidate will join a supportive Postgraduate Office team, playing an integral role in facilitating postgraduate student achievement and fostering research expansion within the faculty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support for the Faculty's postgraduate programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Postgraduate Manager to sustain growth in postgraduate enrolment and research capabilities.
  • Manage frontline communications and uphold confidentiality with students, staff, and external parties.
  • Adhere to established academic policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements with minimal supervision.
