About Us

Its platform brings together SEO, reviews, advertising, email marketing, chat, social media, websites, lead management, appointment scheduling, and more to support business success.

About the Role

The Post-Production Coordinator will support the Studios team by overseeing the full post-production process, from the moment footage arrives at the office until the finished video is handed off to the internal team managing the client account. The role keeps projects organized by managing information, coordinating editor assignments, communicating creative direction and timelines, preparing agreements, and guiding work through internal review, client review, revisions, approval, and delivery.

This is a remote role that helps keep post-production running smoothly, efficiently, and in a structured way. The coordinator partners with editors, producers, and internal stakeholders to ensure each project has the right assets, notes, schedule, and communication needed to finish on time and to a high standard.

What Success Looks Like

  • Oversee the full post-production process and make sure projects progress on time from editor assignment through final handoff.
  • Assign and coordinate editors by sharing expectations, creative direction, client objectives, technical needs, deadlines, and deliverables, while ensuring they receive all required footage, references, assets, and support materials.
  • Plan and maintain production schedules, distribute editing work, balance workloads, and reduce bottlenecks so deadlines stay on track.
  • Keep project records, assets, deadlines, and workflow updates organized and current in monday.com, Frame.io, and other project systems.
  • Draft and manage editor contracts, project agreements, and assignment-related documentation as needed.
  • Track project status, share progress updates, surface risks and blockers, communicate timelines, and work with internal teams to keep execution seamless.
  • Check deliverables for quality, formatting, technical specs, and alignment with the client brief before final approval and delivery.
  • Ensure completed video assets are delivered on time and meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Work in a professional, collaborative, and solutions-focused way while managing several projects at once in a fast-moving environment using tools such as monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Drive.
