Planning Lead

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Lead who holds a B.Tech or Diploma, preferably in Electrical Engineering, with at least four years of expertise in planning and project controls. The role requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with financial and scheduling goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client billing and control project costs efficiently.
• Track financial progress of projects to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Prepare detailed Job Cost Reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor project performance and aid management decisions.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear understanding of project deliverables.
• Oversee contract and claims management to address project variations, delays, and additional costs while ensuring contractual compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of risk identification and mitigation strategies within project environments.
• Ability to estimate budgets accurately and work with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
