Job Overview
We are seeking diligent Picker / Packers responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders to maintain product quality and prompt delivery. This role involves inventory organization, restocking assistance, and cooperation with the operations team in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products carefully, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Verify quantities and order accuracy prior to dispatch.
- Organize and keep warehouse/store inventory orderly.
- Support restocking and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
- Complete order processing within set timelines, collaborating closely with the operations team.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of 10th pass, 12th pass, or graduate.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Good physical fitness to handle fast-paced work environment demands.
- Capability to work well within a team and possess basic communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹16,500 to ₹21,000.
- Earnings can be supplemented by performance incentives up to ₹4,000.
