Candidate Profile
We seek professionals experienced in transforming images from RAW files to polished final outputs. Key areas of specialization include retouching, culling, color correction, compositing, and e-commerce imaging.
Role Details
- This is a remote contract role with fully asynchronous work, designed to integrate seamlessly with your current schedule.

Preferred Tools and Techniques
Experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Lightroom Classic, Capture One, Adobe Camera Raw, Adobe Bridge, Photo Mechanic, Topaz Photo AI, DxO PhotoLab, Imagenomic Portraiture, or Retouch4me is desirable. Additionally, familiarity with frequency-separation and dodge-and-burn techniques is beneficial.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in relevant roles, whether freelance, agency-based, or in-house positions.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard software.
- Ability to articulate your workflow, creation process, and quality standards clearly.
