About the Company

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all personnel functions adhering strictly to the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance mandates.
- Conduct monthly payroll operations including attendance tracking, calculating overtime, managing deductions, and handling final settlements.
- Lead and supervise the payroll and personnel team to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
- Possess between 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in personnel and payroll management, specifically within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in payroll software systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities along with excellent communication and leadership qualities.
