About the Role
This fixed term or secondment position lasts up to nine months, involving part-time work of 22.5 hours per week. It is primarily based at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) location in Gloucester. Occasionally, travel to other Gloucestershire sites may be required to cover staffing shortages.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive, confidential administrative and secretarial service to the CYPS Service Director and other CAMHS management as needed.
- Collaborate within the broader Personal Assistant team to guarantee effective service delivery and sufficient PA coverage.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the organization by providing excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Exhibit adaptability to ensure tasks and objectives are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
