Role Summary

The People Partner position is instrumental in translating people strategy into tangible actions through the deployment and continuous refinement of HR programs, processes, and initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), this role involves independent leadership, strategic planning, building trusted organizational relationships, and leveraging insights from various HR domains to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge strong partnerships with leaders and employees to understand business objectives and team dynamics deeply.
  • Identify organizational needs, risks, and opportunities where HR initiatives can have the most impact.
  • Integrate insights from talent acquisition, engagement, performance, leadership development, culture, and employee experience to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles, conduct sourcing and interviewing, and oversee candidate onboarding.
  • Coach managers through the hiring process and manage employer branding and recruitment communications.
  • Lead performance management processes including talent reviews, workforce planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Oversee organizational feedback collection and analysis, facilitate leadership action plans, and track progress on commitments.
  • Develop and facilitate leadership and employee development programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and support organizational change efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture, including managing Certified B Corp and Public Benefit Corporation reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in human resources encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance and talent management, leadership development, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record managing and executing comprehensive People initiatives independently.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to link HR practices to business objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and ownership over complex HR projects.
  • Experience supporting organizational change in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is required.

Additional Information

This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel for meetings, training, retreats, or other company events. All travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
