We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial sector company located in Düsseldorf for a Specialist in Payroll within a staffing framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent support to internal contacts in payroll matters
• Execute monthly payroll processing adhering to labor, wage tax, social security regulations and applicable collective agreements
• Administer statutory reporting and certification processes
• Maintain, verify, and update payroll-relevant information within the SAP system
• Handle personnel master data management including hires, changes, and terminations
• Maintain and manage digital personnel files
• Ensure meticulous and timely processing of all personnel-related transactions

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of practical experience in payroll accounting
• Solid knowledge of labor law, wage tax, and social security law
• Experience working with SAP HCM
• Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with HR4YOU software
• Experience using ticket systems such as JIRA
• Organized, self-reliant, and dependable work approach
• Polite and professional demeanor combined with strong communication skills
• Team player spirit, willingness to collaborate, along with high discretion and responsibility
