Role Summary
You will be responsible for leading the complete payroll delivery cycle with a focus on US payroll operations. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, managing HRIS functions, maintaining payroll accuracy, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also oversee governance, implement automation strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous process improvements using platforms like Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with experience in payroll or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) delivery, especially within the US payroll domain. Proficiency in payroll compliance, stakeholder engagement, automation, and leadership in service delivery is essential. Familiarity with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors is required.

Open to candidates holding any graduate degree or specifically B.B.A. / B.M.S. qualifications in Finance or Human Resource Management.
