Role Overview
Eden Medical Clinic in Ennis is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join their team. This role involves working 3 to 4 days per week with availability required during evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about enhancing patient experiences and contributing positively to the clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly as the first point of contact for the clinic.
- Effectively manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service communication through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Support team members and play a part in fostering a positive atmosphere within the clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels in the clinic, including updating inventory and rotating stock on new deliveries.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a positive and energetic attitude that uplifts others around you.
- Strong interest and ability in building meaningful connections with people.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in communication and competent with computer systems.
- Experience handling stock management duties, including small-scale inventory checks.
- Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of daily clinic operations.
Additional Details
- Work schedule includes 3 to 4 days per week with evening and weekend shifts.
- Hourly wage ranges from €14 to €16, depending on experience.
- A probationary period of 6 months will apply.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous clinic experience is advantageous.
- Educational qualifications include a Leaving Certificate, with Medical Administration or Dental Nursing credentials being a plus.
