Part-Time Social Media Editor / Content Creator

Overview

Kforce's client is seeking a part-time Social Media Editor/Content Creator based in Englewood, CO, working approximately 20 hours weekly. The role focuses on crafting and refining engaging content across various brand social media platforms. This position suits someone deeply familiar with digital culture, quick in editing, and adept at recognizing significant cultural moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand Partnership & Activation Manager to meet organic social media demands for client brands, covering content such as tune-in alerts, talent interviews, premieres, sports programs, memes, community interaction, product launches, and promotions.
• Produce and refine short-form videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Design and edit graphic content tailored for the same social platforms.
• Spot and propose timely or trend-responsive opportunities to enhance brand presence within cultural conversations.
• Maintain consistency with brand voice, visual guidelines, and social media best practices across all content.
• Be available during occasional evenings or weekends to support live or impactful social campaigns aligned with important cultural or brand events.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have prior experience in a comparable social media content role or possess substantial knowledge and skills that enable effective fulfillment of the job duties.
• Relevant educational background or specialized training is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is determined based on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, performance, and location; the employer reserves the right to adjust pay accordingly. Eligible employees have access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees do not qualify for paid time off unless legally required or on a Service Contract Act project, which includes paid sick leave.
