Key Responsibilities

• Procure paint, brushes, and necessary materials.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfections prior to painting.
• Apply various finishes including paint and varnish using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors to attain specified shades.
• Protect areas to prevent damage during painting activities.
• Clean up and organize tools and materials after completion.
• Collaborate with clients and management to understand painting requirements.
• Maintain inventory and reorder painting supplies as required.
• Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment and handling substances.
• Complete painting tasks promptly while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or comparable certification.
• Minimum three years’ professional painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle suitable for transporting supplies.
• Expertise in diverse painting methods and knowledge of paint types and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship quality.
• Effective communication skills for client engagement and teamwork.
• Capability to work independently or in teams while managing painting projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with painting safety protocols, including working at heights.
• Ownership of an iPhone for work communications.
• Physical endurance and manual dexterity for extensive painting activities.
