Packaging Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Packaging Designer to join our team at our Dammam office in Saudi Arabia. This position involves transforming our brand essence into elegant, functional, and premium packaging that enriches the consumer's interaction and strengthens our status as a luxury chocolatier.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts for chocolate collections, seasonal editions, and special partnerships.
• Create visual mockups and 3D representations for boxes, sleeves, labels, and inserts.
• Choose premium materials and finishes such as embossing, foil stamping, and spot UV that enhance product perception.
• Ensure all packaging reflects the Bostani brand identity by incorporating consistent borders, motifs, and color schemes.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Brand Developer to guarantee unified storytelling across physical branding elements.
• Research and integrate emerging trends in luxury packaging, sustainability, and unboxing experiences.
• Innovate by suggesting novel packaging formats like magnetic boxes, drawer-style cases, and designs inspired by regional culture.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with suppliers for quality production.
• Inspect samples and proofs for fidelity in design, material selection, and finishing details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in packaging design, ideally within FMCG or luxury products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with 3D design software such as Dimension or KeyShot is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies and packaging structural mechanics.
