Job Summary
This role is for an experienced SAP Customer Experience consultant who can shape, configure, and support customer experience solutions across sales, service, commerce, and marketing. The position calls for practical delivery experience across SAP CX products and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to turn customer journey needs into working system solutions.

Core Responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and record business needs related to customer experience workflows.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and configure SAP CX platforms accordingly.
- Run workshops with stakeholders to define CRM processes and customer journey expectations.
- Set up and tailor SAP CX components such as SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), and SAP Emarsys where relevant.
- Connect SAP CX solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, and external third-party systems.
- Configure end-to-end business processes including lead and opportunity handling, account and contact management, sales automation, customer service management, marketing campaigns, omnichannel commerce, and identity/consent management.
- Produce functional specifications, configuration notes, process design documents, and test scripts.
- Execute unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect fixes.
- Assist with data migration, master data governance, and integration-related activities.
- Work with technical teams on custom builds, APIs, middleware, and interface improvements.
- Provide support after go-live, resolve incidents, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
- Follow SAP implementation standards and recommended practices throughout delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Deep working knowledge of SAP Customer Experience solutions.
- Practical experience with one or more SAP CX tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, and Emarsys.
- Ability to integrate SAP CX with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.
- Solid understanding of CRM, sales, service, and digital commerce flows.
- Hands-on exposure to APIs, OData services, REST and SOAP web services, and middleware integration.
- Knowledge of customer master data, pricing, order handling, and service management.
- Strong analytical thinking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience creating functional specifications and partnering with technical teams for development support.
- Five to ten plus years of SAP consulting experience.
- At least two complete end-to-end SAP CX implementation projects.
- Background in production support and enhancement work.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- SAP certification in SAP CX, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, or SAP Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Additional exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP S/4HANA integration, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), commerce APIs, microservices, and Agile/Scrum delivery is preferred.
