Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position involves supporting customer service by performing assigned tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing pallets, labeling stock, and maintaining a tidy and safe workspace. The role is executed as part of a team, focusing on workload management and operational efficiency during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor before store opening.
• Merchandise and label featured products.
• Unpack and process merchandise shipments, including live unloading.
• Emphasize labeling and accurate placement of products in backroom bins and on shelves.
• Transport pallets between the stockroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor and provide customer service when needed.
• Ensure sales floor labels are properly in place for store opening.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
