Outlet Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our retail outlet in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and manage the outlet operations effectively.
• Greet customers warmly and deliver quality service.
• Handle billing processes and manage cash and digital payments such as UPI.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet premises.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to staff members daily.
• Monitor ice cream inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure timely opening and closing routines are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Strive to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
• Adhere to all company policies and uphold workplace discipline.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education of 12th standard or higher.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in a retail shop, café, restaurant, or food service environment.
• Effective communication skills in both Gujarati and Hindi.
• Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, and punctuality.
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and familiarity with billing or point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
