Role Summary

The Order Processor position is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in Surat. The incumbent manages the entire customer order cycle from receipt to fulfillment. Daily responsibilities encompass preparing orders per specifications, selecting items from inventory, verifying quantities and product information, and handling materials securely within the facility.

The role also involves entering and updating order data in internal systems, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch units, ensuring meticulous documentation and labeling, monitoring order progress, facilitating on-time shipments, and adhering to safety and quality protocols. Prompt communication of any discrepancies or issues to supervisors is essential.

Required Qualifications

• Proven skills in managing orders including preparation and processing, with keen attention to workflow and deadlines.
• Experience in material handling and order picking within warehouse or industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• High accuracy in data entry, inventory checks, and record keeping to minimize errors.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry or inventory management software.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities, following instructions and collaborating across departments.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and handle materials over extended durations while observing safety standards.
• Prior background in order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations preferable.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
