Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Order Processing Executive who will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of order management tasks within our team in Bengaluru, India. This role is non-voice based and requires strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm customer details, product specifications, pricing accuracy, and ordered quantities.
- Enter and process sales orders using the ERP or Order Management system.
- Prepare and issue sales orders, invoices, and related documentation as necessary.
