Overview
HCLTech, a leading global technology company with over 223,000 employees worldwide, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. This opportunity is located in Noida, India, and is open to candidates across the country. The company serves a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare, High Tech, Semiconductor, Telecom and Media, Retail and CPG, and Public Services. Annual consolidated revenue for HCLTech stood at $14 billion for the 12 months ending June 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
- Expertly implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within client environments.
- Focus on various Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, and Learning Management.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formula scripts to meet business requirements.
- Provide end-to-end consulting services to clients for Oracle HCM implementations and optimizations.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 5 to 15 years of professional experience working with Oracle Human Capital Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with multiple HCM functional areas including Core HR and Talent Management.
- Capable of handling recruitment, compensation, payroll, absence management, and learning management modules effectively.
- Ability to create and troubleshoot Fast Formula codes.
- Willingness and availability for immediate joining or within a notice period of up to 15 days.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Noida, India, but candidates from across the country will be considered. A virtual interview process is scheduled for 25th July (Saturday).
