Role Overview
This full-time position is designed for couriers and warehouse personnel seeking a role centered around administration while maintaining strong ties to warehouse operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Key Duties
- Handle data management and resolve any issues related to delivery discrepancies.
- Provide support to drivers and oversee the daily operational workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and office teams to coordinate activities effectively.
- Offer assistance with freight handling tasks when required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in courier services, transportation, or warehouse environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence in performing administrative tasks.
- Collaborative attitude and a strong focus on customer service.
- Possession of a forklift licence is advantageous.
