Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor position is a full-time role located onsite in Dubai. The incumbent will oversee daily technical service operations, ensuring that service delivery aligns with company standards. Key duties include managing and supervising field and support teams, distributing tasks, tracking job progress, and addressing operational challenges collaboratively with management. This role involves scheduling management, resource allocation, job tracking, and enforcing compliance with safety and quality protocols. Daily responsibilities also include evaluating work orders, analyzing operational efficiency, generating basic reports, and sustaining effective communication with team members and clients. The supervisor will actively support continuous improvement efforts to keep processes consistent, efficient, and policy-compliant.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven supervisory capabilities including leading teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Experience in operations and operations management in technical services, facilities, or maintenance settings.
- Strong analytical aptitude for assessing work orders, resource planning, and identifying operational inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and clients.
- Prior experience within the UAE or GCC in technical services or facility management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to technical and maintenance operations.
- Competent in using scheduling, reporting, or ERP systems to streamline operational management.
- Educational background preferred: diploma or degree in operations management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
