About the Role
Raam Autobahn, part of the RAAM Group—a prominent auto retail organization across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra with over $200 million in annual turnover—is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead the Front Office (PMS Service Advisors) and Body & Paint (B&P Advisors) operations in Hubballi. The focus of this role is to boost revenue, elevate customer satisfaction, maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, and oversee advisor performance. The manager will collaborate with Workshop teams, ASM, Bodyshop Floor Manager, Parts, CRM, and Insurance partners but will not directly supervise technicians or workshop activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise PMS and Body & Paint Service Advisors to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive revenue growth in Parts/Repair Order, Labour/Repair Order, Value-Added Services, and Body & Paint sectors.
- Track advisor productivity and monitor daily key performance indicators.
- Manage customer grievances effectively to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and internal process guidelines.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and surveyors specifically concerning Body & Paint claims.
- Collaborate closely with Workshop, ASM, and Bodyshop Floor Manager to guarantee timely vehicle repair and delivery.
- Analyze business outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation with adept problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business and revenue management within an automotive context.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Prior exposure to automotive dealership service operations is advantageous.
