About the Role
SyncTechnologies is seeking a meticulous Operations and Quality Coordinator to join our expanding team in Sydney. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Neutral Bay, with the expectation to work onsite 1–2 days per week. The ideal candidate thrives in organized, process-driven environments and is passionate about coordination and quality control within a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure projects proceed as planned. Your duties will include keeping multiple client projects on schedule, verifying accuracy and consistency in deliverables, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service. Each workday offers unique challenges, and your contributions will directly influence both the quality of project outcomes and overall client satisfaction.
Desired Profile
- Experience or enthusiasm for operations coordination or administrative tasks
- Familiarity with quality assurance or quality control processes
- Capability to manage various jobs, workflows, and service level agreements effectively
- Skills in handling data, scanning, and digital workflow management
- Knowledge of insurance, professional, or service-delivery environments is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to task completion
Work Conditions
- Full-time employment in a hybrid model
- Work location: Sydney with office access at Neutral Bay required 1–2 days per week
