Operations Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who is inquisitive, analytical, and driven by results to join our team. This position plays a critical role in uncovering business opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and fostering innovation. Ideal candidates will have a background in analytical methodologies, process enhancements, and extracting meaningful insights from data, with a strong passion for resolving business challenges and producing measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze extensive customer behavior datasets to detect trends, patterns, and growth opportunities, ensuring data integrity and proper structuring for analysis.
• Create and sustain reporting systems to monitor activities within Care and Operations departments, including designing dashboards and visual tools to convey insights effectively and support decision-making.
• Utilize data to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and lead automation projects aimed at reducing manual labor, minimizing errors, and improving overall performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Care, IT, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to leverage data insights, influence business strategies, and deliver customized solutions aligned with stakeholder goals.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar areas, capable of connecting data insights to business outcomes.
• Proficiency with analytical tools including Excel, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability in data storytelling and presenting complex information to audiences without a technical background.
• Strong business insight with strategic thinking regarding data implications.
• Self-driven with a curious mindset to explore and solve complex business problems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to multitask efficiently.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Automate and Selenium; familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and statistical modeling; prior exposure to energy, utilities, or competitive service industries.

Location and Physical Needs

Position based in Atlanta, GA or Gainesville, FL.

Physical duties include extended periods of sitting for computer work, standing and walking within office settings, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $76,000 to $79,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
